Terms & Conditions


1.1 Kindly note that by entering this website and/or by placing an order, you as the user/customer (only persons 18 years or older) automatically consent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein, the Terms and Conditions will be referred to as (the “Terms”) hereafter.
1.2 Please ensure you have properly read and understood the Terms below before placing an order.
1.3 If any part of these Terms is found to be ineffective by any court or regulator such term shall be severed, and the other Terms shall be deemed valid and shall continue to apply. 


2.1 Upon placing an order, the customer has made a binding offer to Anomaly Living to conclude a contract with the customer. Anomaly Living has the right to accept or reject this offer.
2.2 Should the offer be accepted Anomaly Living shall send the customer an order confirmation email to the provided e-mail address, upon receipt of the email a contract of sale is considered to be concluded.
2.3 If, for any reason, Anomaly Living is unable to fulfil an order, the customer shall be promptly notified via e-mail.
2.4 Anomaly Living shall not be obligated to accept orders.


Anomaly Living reserves the right to cancel or reject any order, including upon a suspicion of a fraudulent order.


The Terms and any purchase agreement herein shall be governed by South African law.


5.1 All custom-made products are manufactured on the basis of the customer’s exact specifications;
5.2 Full and final payment must be made upon placing a customized order
Anomaly Living grants the customer a period of 2 (two) calendar days directly after placing the order to revoke or cancel the order
5.3 Once the 2 (two) day time period lapses, payment for the good(s) shall not be refunded
5.4 Upon placing an order for customized goods the customer consents to be held exclusively responsible for the commissioned work.
5.5 Anomaly Living reserves the right to reject or cancel an order for the customization of goods.


6.1 Please note that the colours of the actual product may be different or vary when compared to the colours of our products on this website. Please confirm the specified colour prior to placing an order
6.2 Anomaly Living cannot be held responsible for any errors in ordering items whose actual colour is different from that appearing on the website as viewed on your computer.


7.1 Anomaly Living offers a 1 (one) year quality guarantee on all of our products and guarantees that our products will be free from defects
7.2 We will only be liable to honor a guarantee if:

The defect existed at the time of delivery and/ or  manifested during the warranty period;
The defect did not arise due to normal wear and tear or abuse by the customer;
The customer provides the tax invoice
The customer returns the product in the original packaging

    7.3 Should the product be defective during the guarantee period please email a photograph of the defect along with a written description of the flaw to support@anomalyliving.com.
    7.4 After proper assessment of the defective product, Anomaly Living will attend to either the repair or replacement the product. The return of the product will be at the customer’s cost.
    7.5 In the case of delivery of an entirely incorrect product, alternatively a damaged or faulty product, kindly notify Anomaly Living within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
    7.6 Please refer to our RETURNS page to provide the requested information.  
    7.7 Upon approval of the assessed product, Anomaly Living will ensure the correct, alternatively new product is delivered to the customer (subject to stock availability) within 14 working days or you will receive a full refund. (Required in terms of the CPA)
    If the product was custom-made and has to be imported and/or manufactured, please allow for the original lead and delivery time periods for replacement goods to be delivered.

    8. PRICES

    8.1 The prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Value Added Taxation (‘VAT’).
    8.2 Products and prices displayed on this website may vary from time to time and are subject to availability.
    8.3 Anomaly Living or its agents shall in no way be held responsible for any errors or misstatements emanating from this website.
    8.4 We accept the following payment methods:
    Visa, Mastercard, Direct Banking (EFT), Paypal.


    9.1 We are an online retailer and deliver worldwide.
    9.2 Anomaly Living offers a door-to-door delivery service. This means that the shipment is delivered to the physical address rather than the person i.e. should the named customer not be available at the time of delivery, the product will be handed to any such responsible person at the address, such as staff or security personnel.
    9.3 Please allow up to 14 working days post manufacturing time for delivery of the product(s).
    9.4 Deliveries will be made during weekdays, Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.
    9.5 The customer must ensure that the place of delivery is accessible, that the product delivered can fit into lifts, staircases or through doors and that all relevant areas have been cleared prior to delivery.
    9.6 The customer accepts all risk of damage that may result due to non-compliance by the customer.
    9.7 Any damage that may have incurred in transit must be noted on the delivery paperwork upon signing for receipt of goods. If no note is made, it is likely that Anomaly Living won’t be able to issue a refund or replace the item.


    10.1 All custom-made products are not eligible for return.
    10.2 At the discretion of Anomaly Living certain standard products may be returned, with the original packaging and tax invoice, unless the products have been worn or damaged, physically altered, permanently installed, attached, joined or added to other goods or property.
    10.3 Goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense.
    10.4 Upon receipt of the goods in perfect condition and in original packaging together with the tax invoice, a refund for the full purchase price will be effected within 72 hours.
