Returns

All custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes all upholstered furniture and personalised items.

At the discretion of Anomaly Living certain standard products may be returned, with the original packaging and tax invoice, unless the products have been worn or damaged, physically altered, permanently installed, attached, joined or added to other goods or property.

Should you wish to make a return, please contact Anomaly Living Returns at returns@anomalyliving.com. We will email you with instructions of how and where to return your items.

In order for your item/s to be eligible for a refund, we will need to receive a return request within 10 working days of receiving your delivery.

All goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense.

Upon receipt of the goods in perfect condition, a refund for the full purchase price will be effected within 72 hours.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges on custom-made products, furniture or other large / fragile items. Instead, you are welcome to return the item as long as it meets our returns policy stated above.

Clothing may be exchanged for a different size or colour. Should you wish to make an exchange, please email returns@anomalyliving.com and we will email you with instructions or how and where to exchange your item/s.

In order for your item/s to be eligible for an exchange, we will need to receive an exchange request within 10 working days of receiving your delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Anomaly Living offers a 1 year quality guarantee on all of our products and guarantees that our products will be free from defects. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Should the product be defective during the guarantee period please email a photograph of the defect along with a written description of the flaw to support@anomalyliving.com.

After proper assessment of the defective product, Anomaly Living will attend to either the repair or replacement of the product. The return of the product will be at the customer’s cost.

In the case of delivery of an entirely incorrect product, or a damaged or faulty product, kindly make a note of the defect on the delivery form and notify Anomaly Living within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Contact Anomaly Living Returns at returns@anomalyliving.com. We will email you with instructions of how and where to return your damaged item/s.

Upon approval of the assessed product, Anomaly Living will ensure the correct or new product is delivered to the customer (subject to stock availability) within 14 working days or you will receive a full refund.

If the product was custom-made and has to be imported and/or manufactured, please allow for the original lead and delivery time periods for replacement goods to be delivered.
